This panel typically includes a Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP), Lipid Panel, Progesterone, Iron and Total Iron-Binding Capacity (TIBC), and Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) tests.

CBC ($15)

A Complete Blood Count (CBC) is a common blood test used to evaluate your overall health. The CBC test provides information on the three major types of cells in the blood: Red Blood Cells (RBCs), White Blood Cells (WBCs), and Platelets (Plts).

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel ($20)

A Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) is a blood test that measures 14 different substances in your blood to provide information about your body's metabolism, kidney and liver function, electrolyte and fluid balance, and blood sugar levels.

Immunity Panel ($75)

The MMR panel is a group of blood tests used to detect immunity or active infection for the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) viruses. It can be used to assess immunity and as a screen before pregnancy.

Iron and TIBC ($25)

Iron and Total Iron-Binding Capacity (TIBC) tests are blood tests used to evaluate iron levels in the body. Iron measures the amount of total iron in the blood. TIBC reflects how well transferrin, a protein that transports iron, can carry iron in the blood.

Lipid ($20)

The lipid panel (or lipid profile) is a blood test that measures the levels of various types of fats (lipids) in your blood. Componenets include: total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, high-desnisty lipoprotein, and triglycerides.

Liver Function ($20)

A Liver Function Test (LFT) is a blood test used to assess the health and function of your liver by measuring the levels of various enzymes, proteins, and substances in the blood.

Urinalysis ($20)

The urinalysis test is a common test that examines a sample of urine to assess overall health and help diagnose a variety of conditions.

Urine Drug Screen ($50)

A urine drug screen is a test that detects the presence of drugs or their metabolites in a urine sample.

Vaginitis panel ($80)

The Vaginitis Panel is a molecular test that detects the most common causes of vaginitis using real-time PCR technology. This test will identify bacterial vaginosis, candida species yeast, and Trichomonas vaginalis.

A1C ($20)

The A1c test (also known as Hemoglobin A1c or Glycated Hemoglobin test) measures the average level of blood glucose over the past 2 to 3 months by assessing the percentage of glucose-bound hemoglobin in red blood cells.

Cortisol ($50)

A cortisol test measures the level of cortisol, a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands, which plays a key role in the body’s response to stress, metabolism, blood sugar regulation, and immune function.

Estradiol ($25)

The estradiol test measures the level of estradiol (E2), the primary form of estrogen in the body, which is produced mainly by the ovaries in females and in smaller amounts by the testes in males and adrenal glands in both sexes.

Ferritin ($20)

The ferritin test measures the level of ferritin, a protein that stores iron in the body. It helps assess your body’s iron reserves.

Folate ($20)

The folate test measures the level of folate (vitamin B9) in the blood, which is essential for red blood cell production, DNA synthesis, and overall cell health.

FSH ($25)

Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that plays a key role in the reproductive system. In women, it evaluates fertility, menstrual irregularities, or menopause status by assessing ovarian function. In men, It assesses testicular funciton and sperm production.

Glucose ($10)

The glucose test measures the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood, which is the body’s main source of energy.

Gonorrhea/Chlamydia ($75)

The Gonorrhea/Chlamydia test is a molecular diagnostic test that uses real-time PCR to detect the DNA of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG).

hCG ($10)

The hCG pregnancy test detects human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone produced by the placenta shortly after implantation and is used to confirm pregnancy and monitor early pregnancy health. This test will give you a postive or negative result.

HCV AB ($40)

The HCV antibody test (also known as the anti-HCV test) detects antibodies to the hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the blood, indicating past or current infection with the virus.

Hepatitis B Surface Antibody ($40)

The HBSAb test checks for antibodies to the Hepatitis B virus, that may be from a past infection or from getting the Hepatitis B vaccine.

HIV Screen ($40)

The HIV screen checks for HIV, the virus that can cause AIDS. It can usually detect HIV within 2 to 4 weeks after exposure.

LH ($25)

The Luteinizing Hormone (LH) test measures the level of luteinizing hormone in the blood, which is produced by the pituitary gland and plays a key role in regulating the reproductive system. In women, it helps assess ovulation (release of an egg from the ovary) and monitor fertility treatments. LH levels surge right before ovulation. In men, It evaluates testicular function and sperm production.

Magnesium ($15)

The magnesium test measures the level of magnesium in your blood, which is an essential mineral involved in many bodily functions, including muscle and nerve function, bone health, and energy production.

Progesterone ($25)

The progesterone test measures the level of progesterone, a hormone produced mainly by the ovaries after ovulation and by the placenta during pregnancy. In women it is used to evaluate fertility, confirm ovulation, monitor pregnancy health and assess menstrual irregularities.

Prolactin ($25)

The prolactin test measures the level of prolactin, a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that stimulates breast milk production after childbirth. In women, it is used to evaluate causes of irregular periods, infertility, or unexpected milk production. In men, it is used to investigate low testosterone, infertility or breast enlargement.
